Came here last week after another glasses store told me my frames were beyond repair. Alex did incredible work and my 6 yr old Japan-made glasses feel brand new again. I honestly had doubts before going (ChatGPT recommended it), but he genuinely cared and did what other stores said couldn’t be done. Great guy as well and I highly recommend his service, and I’ll definitely be back.
Three different eyeglass labs told me my prescription sunglasses were unrepairable (plastic frames are impossible to repair, apparently...). Until I found Eyeglass Repair. Alex was friendly and professional. He was not 100% sure but accepted the challenge. One week later my glasses were fixed, good as new. Great price, great service, five stars!!
Alex was amazing! He was very accommodating and helpful, open line of communication, and the repair on my glasses was great! 10/10 would recommend to anybody in need of a seamless fix.
Amazing customer service and job altogether! I'm very satisfied with the work. Alex is very kind and helpful. My glasses were fixed within 24 hours. My glasses are unique, so I was worried that they may not be fixable. But thankfully Alex was able to fix it. Note that he also does watch battery replacement and jewelry repair as well, which is super convenient.
