I unfortunately broke my Chrome Hearts glasses in half right along the bridge and thought there was no hope of getting them fixed. Alex was phenomenal from the initial assessment, all the way through the repair process. His professionalism, high level of communication, and expertise were exceptional, and he gave my glasses new life. Prices are extremely fair; do not hesitate to bring any of your luxury glasses to Alex.
Absolutely amazing service!! I went in on a Wednesday with two pairs of glasses. It was a handful of bits and pieces. I was desperate, since my son needed at least one working pair of glasses and we were travelling on the Friday. All the Optical stores said these glasses were irreparable. I decided to try Alex on a whim. He said "leave it to me." Amazing customer service and job altogether! I'm very satisfied with the work. Alex is very kind and helpful. My glasses were fixed within 24 hours. My glasses are unique, so I was worried that they may not be fixable. But thankfully Alex was able to fix it. Note that he also does watch battery replacement and jewelry repair as well, which is super convenient. Incredible service. I had broken my loupes (really expensive custom fit magnifying glasses) and Alex repaired them within 2 days. I understand it was a complicated repair but he kept me updated throughout and did an amazing job of repairing them. I can’t thank him enough and highly recommend to anyone needing to fix specialised equipment.
As you see with the rest of the rave reviews. Alex is thoughtful and fair with his pricing. Having a background in Jewelry he is able to treat the glasses with the proper care and attention to detail. I gave him a hard case with a fast turnaround and he delivered.
