After multiple opticians told me that my vintage irreplaceable glasses were beyond repair, I was pretty sceptical when Alex said he could fix them. However, I was wrong! Not only are these glasses wearable, but they are lighter and more durable than before! Alex is a master craftsman and I couldn’t recommend his services more!
I was initially told that my glasses couldn't be repaired, but then I found this service. The experience was excellent from start to finish. The repair was completed quickly, and the turnaround time exceeded my expectations. Communication with Alex was easy, transparent, and professional throughout the entire process. We broke our glasses while on vacation and were worried about how we would manage for the rest of our trip. Thankfully, this shop was able to find us an appointment right away. Even though our repair was quite difficult, they were incredibly patient, professional, and genuinely eager to help. My prescription sunglasses were unfixable, it was a proprietary hinge from a company that no longer exists. That didn't stop him though, he custom designed and fabricated replacement parts himself and now they look better than ever!
*late but sincere review* Alex is a wonderful human who is clearly passionate and dedicated to his craft. I went to him with a heavy heart and skepticism about whether my sunglasses could be fixed. I appreciate his honesty as much as his skillset. I can wear my sunglasses again 🥹
