Dr. Mann is incredible! My previous optometrist’s office couldn’t get my contact lens prescription right even after five tries, but Dr. Mann was able to find the perfect prescription for me on the first try. I had genuinely started to believe I would never be able to wear contacts, especially after being told the issue might be with my eyes rather than the prescriptions I had been given. Everyone at the office is amazing, kind, and so friendly. I’m so grateful I found this office and would highly recommend them!
Fantastic! Great Optometrist and Fantastic Staff! They diagnosed an issue that jad been improperly overlooked for years. I also got some really stylish frames that I absolutely love!
Really nice office and team. Very kind and knowledgeable. The team works together really efficiently to get you through your appointment. Within an hour I did my whole exam, picked out some glasses and had my prescriptions and receipt in hand. They had a lot of last minute availability for appointments which was really helpful (I scheduled the day before).
The office staff are always friendly and welcoming and the facilities are spotless. All the equipment is sanitized immediately after use. Dr. Mann is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her patients. My glass came back from the lab with absolutely no issues. Thanks team!
The optometrist is great, however, be aware of their sales approach! They use sales tactics to get you to order glasses or lenses at obsurd markups. I fell for it I ended up spending $300+ (including my entire insurance allowance) on contacts that I could have bought at $140 through my insurance's online store. Even cheaper through Costco or 1800contacts. So instead of a 6 month supply of contacts through insurance, I only got 3 months.
