The couple times that I have had to call the office, the receptionist has always been extremely pleasant, and very helpful!
They NEVER answer the phone . Have waited for a response for days . Finally got a call back and they told us to come get the glasses we waited 2 and a half months for . We show up a hour before they close , And guess what.. THEYRE CLOSED. Called again while in the parking lot . NO RESPONSE . Definitely swapping places .
Out of 10, they just answer one time. Tired of calling this eye care center
