Severely disappointed. Had an appointment at 10am and no one even bothered to show up, call me to cancel or communicate with me in some form that my appointment wouldn't be seen or delayed. I drove 45 minutes to come to this spa and have been waiting over a half hour to see if I could get in contact with someone before I drove all the way home.

I have been looking for someone local to be my facial person.... and I have found her!!! I got the 90 minute Aveda/ Gua Sha Rejuvenation Facial tonight and it was just what I needed!!!! Jill is a very talented professional with a great aura. She took her time with her previous client and she did the same with me so her appointment times ran a little over, but mine certainly do the same. I appreciated her care and dedication to each client and not rushing off to the next. The waiting area is a very relaxing teal with various trinkets spread about and art on the walls to look at.
