Made a 40+ minute drive after seeing that Eye To Eye had a Saturday appointment available because I needed my contact lens prescription renewed. After checking in, I waited about 15–20 minutes before being taken back for the initial testing. Highly recommend this office! I was greeted immediately and my insurance coverage was reviewed with me as soon as I checked in. The charges were explained and given upfront. They were very clear about what was covered and what costs extra. There was no pressure. Dr. Herman was very throughout and was great at explaining the testing and the corrections that could be made for my concerns (driving at night, blurred vision).
