THESE VULTURES ARE CHARGING ME FOR A CAT PACK FOR SURGERY DONE BY DR GUY ANGELLA ON 9/4/2025. I DID NOT GET ANY SURGERY AS HE STOP DOING SURGERY. ELIZABETH CALLED ME TO HARRASS ME AND IS DISGUSTING. THEY ARE THREATHENING ME TO SUE ME FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT GET. I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH DR ANGELLA FOR BILLING ME FOR SOMETHING THAT I DID NOT GET! I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS OFFICE AND DONOT RECOMMEND IT.
What a waste. I have twin daughters and these people cannot write down insurance numbers properly and Bill insurance even after I've called into correct their errors. These people should be ashamed that they are doing this work. If you are a doctor, it is your responsibility to make sure the people around you are competent.
I have not been at this office yet, but when I tried to do an appointment the person does not understand English or the system is very bad, I had to repeat the same information more than three times, I decided to do an appointment somewhere else. May be the service is excellent once you get inside, Sorry!!!
