This rating is for Dr. Cardone. I want to say thank you Dr. for your all your care during many months with my son. His calmness made everything easier. Dr Cardone is extremely knowledgeable and worth to see. However, I wish staff were more approachable and friendly to parents and kids.
My son was born a micro preemie and was seen for a few appointments by Dr. Cardone to check for ROP. He was very nice and a great doctor but unfortunately my son was supposed to be seen for another appointment in April but back in December the office canceled it. Since then they refuse to make my son another appointment claiming someone named Kayla is the only one who can make these appointments but she will not call or email me to make the appointment. Entire staff is rude and unfriendly. Doctor had no patience. Didn’t even allow 1 question and started walking away. Will never go back and will never recommend
My son has been under Dr Cardone care since he was 3 and now he is 19. I have nothing but gratitude for him and his team. He has always been kind and helpful, the assistants super sweet every time.
My son has been with Dr Cardone since he is 4 years old and he is now 11. I had never really wanted to communicate and share with my son that going to this doctor was like going to a meat market and having a number.
