Everyone at the desks are friendly, patient, professional and very helpful. Dr. Fries has been taking care of my eyes for quite a few years. He is thorough, very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things, making sure that I understand. He's amazing! Kudos to his assistants, as well - Darla and Justin.
My 86 y/o mother recently had a small Basil Cell Carcinoma removed from her face. She loved Dr. Fries, and my mother is NOT a fan of doctors in any way, shape or form. He spoke TO HER, took the time to explain everything in a manner she could understand, and answered all questions. And as a plus, he actually has a sense of humor and personality - generally this cannot be said of most surgeons I have encountered in the past few years. Dr. Fries was great! I was able to make an appointment for the next day to see him and at the appointment there was hardly a wait. He was very knowledgeable about the problem I was having with my eye. He told me how he treats the problem, and that is what we did. Now 2 days later, and it has almost vanished! I’m so glad I was able to get in so quickly and that he was able to help me!
