We love going to Eye Surgeons. We have had good experience with our children.
Very friendly and efficient staff (scheduling, reception, opticians). I would highly recommend Dr. Kluver. He is very responsive to questions and concerns, is a good listener and explains things thoroughly without making you feel rushed.
Dr. Eckhardt is friendly, thorough and appointments are on time. Excellent staff.
My son has a lazy eye and has for the last 3 years received excellent care from the Dr. Frederick.
Always scheduling me with doctors who don't take my insurance and then I have to make a new appointment. Now I took my daughter there for a eye exam to start kindergarten and the doctor told me she doesn't see kids(after they dialated my child's eyes) and that the soonest I can get in would be September. Mind you none of this is my fault they made the appointment and knew what it was for. Thanks to Dr. Kluver for taking care of my eyes for the past several years. He also recommended Dr. Repp for possible lens replacement surgery. Having just completed the surgery with Dr. Repp, my vision is 20/20 .... no glasses and no contacts. Her team of technicians and nurses et. al. were wonderful. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Dr. Repp and/or Dr. Kluver at ESA.
We called to get in for an emergency appt. the doctor on call told us to wait it out a few hours and use visine drops. Needless to say we went somewhere else.
They are being so gentle and so amazing with my daughter! Even came to the office to see us as an emergency call in on a SUNDAY!
