I had an eye appointment last Thursday, and ordered new glasses. The lady told me that it would take about 7-10 days to get my glasses, but the following Tuesday I received a call to let me know my glasses were ready. Wow! Never had glasses arrive that fast. Everyone there is great. Eye exam is done quickly, everything is explained and you can get new frames all in one location. I'm so happy I decided to choose Eye Surgeons Associates.
The people are wonderful and very caring and explain everything. Everyone is very kind and always smiling and saying 'hi'!
The check-/check-out staff were prompt and friendly! Judy was great and I love Dr. Kluver! It’s been 10 years since I had my LASIK surgery and it’s the best thing I’ve ever done!
Dr. Eckhardt is knowledgeable and caring. She is on top of every problem.
Well thanks for nothing Eye Surgeons. I got my Driver's License back I was in and out of The University of Iowa City Hospital in one hour and got back paperwork filled out correctly like its spouse to be and passed the field of vision . They are also nicer.
They get you in right away. They are very helpful.
