The Receptionist was rude to my wife today when she called to get some information about getting our 2 year olds glasses adjusted. We understand these aren’t easy times but it’s not acceptable to treat a customer the way my wife was treated over the phone today. We will be looking elsewhere for our family’s eye care needs.
Bad experience..would not/cannot recommend for eye care. Should have never returned after a couple years....
