I had an appointment at this office on 3/6, where I ordered a pair of glasses. As of today 4/6 I still do not have my glasses. They charged me a shipping fee on 3/20 for glasses they never mailed. They were finally shipped a week later on 3/26 when I called to request the tracking number. Waiting a month for glasses is unacceptable. I will not be returning for any further services despite how convenient the location is.
I had a very upbeat and pleasant, ,professional And very positive experience at eyesight and recommend that anyone looking for a friendly place to revive eye care then this is the place for you.
