I am so pleased with the customer service and professionalism of the staff at this location (My Eye Dr south Lakeland). Vanessa, Dr. Minerella and Shannon all provided friendly and patient customer service to my adult child with special needs.
We love the Doctors at Eye Express, but getting the glasses can be a real pain. The lab they use has messed up the lenses twice now (wrong shape to fit the frames), so instead of being a week or so to get the new glasses, it will be more like 3-4 weeks. You might be better to just get the prescription and go elsewhere to get the glasses.
The Dr. Was very nice and prompt. But when you go to pick up your glasses, they just hand them to you. What happened to customer service and checking to see if glasses fit correctly. I won't go back.
Worst service I have ever seen. They overbook you and then tell you sorry you can wait another month to get in maybe. They are full of excuses and I hope everyone sees this and realizes how horrible they are. You have other places to go. I suggest you go there.
Worst eye doctor experience I have ever had in my life.. Waited months to get in, Only to be treated like trash and then for them to tell me that my glasses are discontinued. I have been trying to replace them for over a month they told me to wait on my insurance so I wouldn't have to pay as much only to come and find out they don't even exist anymore. After waiting 3 months for an appointment ANOTHER whole month for glasses, I leave with nothing trying to call around with my prescription to get glasses somewhere. DON'T WAST... read more
