The staff and doctors are all the very best, professional, and truly caring! The wait time is always at a minimum, even though he is a retina patient and wait times are sometimes expected to be long. Thank you for always having my husband's best interests foremost in your care!
My husband had an appointment at 10 am today 4/19/2016 He didn't get done till 12:30 pm! He waited in waiting room till 11:10 then went into exam room till 12:00 then dilated his eyes and came back in 10 minutes checked his eyes and He was done at 12:20! So he waited 2 hours for a 20 minute exam start to finish! Our family will NEVER go back to this place again!
I got a second opinion w Dr galang, and let's just say after switching to him I finally see progress w both my boys eye conditions

I had a 9:50 appointment and it is now 11:20, and I haven't even seen the doctor yet. I've just been sitting in this room waiting. This is ridiculous. I'm a nursing student and this is my only day off during the week and I have to schedule all my appointments on the same day. Now I've had to cancel the rest of my appointments for the day because of the waiting. I will be switching eye clinics.

Went to the eye clinic yesterday for an emergency visit with a retinal specialist. They saw me as soon as possible. Everyone there was so nice and personable. The doctor did a fantastic job of explaining everything that was going on with my eye and explained the procedure he would do to correct the problem. I was very impressed.
730 appointment, 845 still waiting to see the doctor. Terrible service!

Hi Sheila, Good morning! I spoke to you downstairs a few minutes ago. I looked into the reason for your wait, and I believe there was some communication confusion. We do comprehensive exams, with dilation and refraction that usually take around 1.5 hours total visit, especially with pediatrics. The doctor portion of the exam is near the end. I apologize for the stress on your end and I am happy to answer any further questions you may have.
