I received the help I needed and everyone was very nice, but seriously every time I come here I have to wait 45min+ in the waiting room. Never fails. I'm a pretty understanding person, but every time?? I needed the procedure done and because of the ointment I was using I have to keep coming back. I have questions I would like answered by my doctor and I don't mind them checking on me but waiting this long almost makes it not even worth it.
I have found over the years that at times there can be delays with appointments whether it is with the Eye Clinic or any other medical clinic. You just need to address it appropriately and in a timely fashion. I recently had cataract surgery and an extremely pleased with the care given by Dr. Hattenhauer and the whole staff right to the receptionist. Everyone has bad days no matter where you go whether it is the patient/customer or the "employer" or business owner.
I came to the Eye Clinic several years ago after being very disappointed with my former eye care providers. I have to say, I am not one bit disappointed and recommend this clinic to anyone seeking quality eye care.

Mother had a 3:20pm appointment and it is now 4:58pm, still waiting to be seen! This happened last time as well. My suggestion is to not schedule soo many patients since there are many frustrated in the waiting rooms. Ridiculous customer service!!!

The Eye Clinic of Wisconsin is awesome!!! Dr. Aschbrenner totally healed the macular degeneration in my right eye. I feel very confident going to this Clinic with any eye concerns I have in the future. The gals at the front desk were so sweet and kind to me on every visit I have had. The assistants to the doctors were equally as sweet and kind and gentle. Dr Aschbrenner is amazing and has such good soft spoken manner. I am PLEASED with the Eye Clinic of Wisconsin.
