Hi my name is Karen Scott an Dr.Sebastian was a God send to me,you see I had a cataract on my left eye an was seen by another Dr. To have surgery but because of my back an afib I could not lay flat so that Dr. Didn't know what to do for me an I went for a year an almost blind in that eye before I found Eye Center South an Dr. Sebastian was so nice an very helpful in my accommodation to perform my surgery an jus one Day after I'm able to See again,an so thankful that I had it done,will be going back to get the right eye now.
BEST OF THE BEST!!! Dr. Sebastian Heersink and all the staff at Eye Center South were great! I was referred by my optometrist when I asked for the best LASIK available, and that's exactly what I got. Through scheduling, Pre-op testing, surgery, and follow-up, the entire experience couldn't have been better. The worst part was just waiting until surgery day. Our experience was one of "hurry up and wait." It seems we had to fill out and sign the same forms, permissions, repeatedly when they could have just followed us from station to station. The procedure itself was quick and very effective!
Very friendly staff n service is very fast couldn't have asked for better service!!!!
After having some trouble with corneal ulcers, Dr. Sebastian and I decided Lasik would be a very good option for me. From my very first appointment on December 12th to my latest appointment on June 14th (and there were many, many appointments in between due to my ulcers) I have received the absolute best care by the absolute best team.
