We were extremely pleased with the complete staff from start to end. C
Except for taking longer than initially told, the experience was very good. I was very impressed with the dr calling to check on my brother instead of a nurse.
I were there with my grand daughter and i think you guys are the bomb. Glory be to God thank you all for your service you all were very nice.

They fixed my Father in laws eyes! He had very bad cataracts in both eyes. He can finally see!! So Happy!
Appointments are merely a suggestion....2 hrs after appt time, finally see the doctor. After 3 or 4 different techs have done some tests on you...Maybe 10 minutes with the doctor...Place is swarming like an ant farm with techs......
They seem to book a lot of people at the same time and it is not my idea of a good day when you spend over two hours in a Doctors office. I want to get in and out and I believe most of the people do as well!!! I understand a problem here or there but when it take that amount of time every time, Well something is wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am so excited about the results of my cataract surgery! I had both eyes done and my far vision is now 20/20! I don't remember ever having 20/20 vision. Dr. Sebastian Heersink is so caring with the kindest bedside manner. The staff is professional and the facility is beautiful. I will definitely be using them in the future and would recommend them to anybody considering eye surgery.
