Referral made by eye Dr on 12-30. They called us at 4:45pm. I called back by 5pm. Closed. I called 12-31 to make appt, they couldn't make appt due to receptionist locked referrals in file she wasn't working that day. Never mind calling her or anyone for help. This is supposed to be a great office, remains to be seen. Poor service!
I highly reccomend the Eye Center South. I've just had my second eye surgery for cataracts (each eye one week apart) and am amazed with the results. NO more glasses!!!! Everyone there is so supportive and the nicest people you will ever meet. Can't speak of all the Doctors, but can tell you Dr. Sebastian Heersink is absolutely the best. Don't be thrown off by his young looks, as he is a master of his trade. If you are looking for an Opthamologist, please give them a try. You won't regret it.

Had PRK yesterday. Already seeing results! The staff in the Destin office were great! They were all very cheerful and nice. Dr Bansagi called to check on me in the evening. The procedure was quick and painless and the doctor and staff were always keeping me informed about what they were doing. Very impressed and recommend them to anyone wanting to have this done. Thanks!

Great doctors and staff. Always courteous, friendly, helpful and showing patience with us old folks. Large clean comfortable facility. Coffee and tv and WiFi while waiting.
I want to thank Dr. Sebastian Heersink and the staff of Eye Center South for making my quest to reduce my dependence on eyewear a pleasant experience. The careful evaluation of my eyesight and consideration of my current and future needs in advising a course of treatment left me with no doubt that my welfare was their primary consideration.
