My son has been going to eye center south Dothan for a few years. Last appointment we were there 4.5 hours - totally unacceptable. Staff shrugs it off like it’s funny that the wait is so long - staff are paid to be there all day- I’m not. Dr wanted MRI - assistant (who is useless) NEVER returns phone calls. As the assistant will not return calls my son is still waiting for a referral. His last appointment was May 30 as I write this it is now July 9 I have called and left voicemail messages - no call back. I have complained t... read more
RecommendedI highly recommend Dr Johnson & her staff. Early morning appts available, which I prefer. Staff is always super friendly & I never wait long. She’s extremely thorough & always calms my concerns.
