The office staff is excellent. The doctor that I saw was brusque- not patient with me. He said he’d give me a sample of the eye drops that he recommends but that didn’t happen. His techs and assistants were great-very patient. When it was time to pick out frames, there was no selection to speak of: I took my new prescription and left.
Dr Hockett was very good. Very professional and very thorough with the examination. Provided a lot of useful information. Great bedside manner.
