I have been coming to this location for a long time. I was there on February 26th 2026,I had an awesome time with Shawna,she took concern with all tests,took her time with me,she told me everything was going on and she made notes to the doctor....Dr Wagner is awesome also,he is very experienced in the field he's in
If I could give zero stars I would. The person that called twice to set up a appointment is so horrible I told the manager to delete my information and I don't want to be seen at a place the person on the phone acts the way she does. She wouldn't let me talk and kept talking over me. She kept acting like she knew everything and put me on hold to ask a question to someone else that didnt even pertain to me. With a referral from optometrist, we got in quickly. They spent 10-12 minutes on paperwork and got us in quickly. Thorough exam. Called in a prescription opthalmic ointment that insurance has to approve because it's over $2,000!!! Called back and asked for a different medicine for blepharitis. That was Friday morning. Still waiting to hear something on Sunday and tomorrow is bank holiday...EDIT a week later, with our insurance paying 3/4, pharmacy program gave us the needed prescription.

Ya'all, Dr V. is AMAZEBALLS! She was thorough, informative and answered ALL my questions, even the odd ones. She explained every step and I felt like she took her time and listened to me Can definitely recommend
