RecommendedStaff is extremely wonderful. Dr.Martinez is an amazing optometrist, takes her time and explains everything in detail. Sometimes the wait is short and other times its a long wait, but knowing with experience that she takes her time with clients, the wait is very understanding to me. Thank you Dr.Martinez and staff! 🙏🏼
Two hours after our 7:20 appointment time and we have not been seen. No communication from staff giving any reason. They're too busy in the back gossiping. Not acceptable.
Staff seems friendly and all, but it all takes way to long I came in for an appointment at 8:40am with not that many people here at all and I'm still here at 10:15am. It's called an appointment for a reason. We do have things to do besides just wait all day for an appointment that was set for 8:40 with not very many people at all waiting ahead of me.
Been coming here for years, love it, ladies and Dr Lora Martinez are AWESOME !!
