recently had an eye exam here and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. I Highly recommend asking for Santos for anyone looking for top-quality eye care!
That 3.3 rating was for a reason, they couldn’t even transfer an appointment.
4 times I have been alerted by text & email that my glasses are ready for pick up. I have been 4 times to pick them up and still don’t have them. I’m beyond frustrated and the staff not being able to be honest with me about the mix ups is infuriating!
my appointment was at 11am they took me back around 11:20 Dr. Katherine Johnson Coats OD entered my room @ 12:06. this is completely unacceptable and disappointing as i took work off to get this done. Apparently they think money grows on trees. DO NOT GO HERE
