They have no respect for your time. Waited over 2 1/2 hours in their waiting room with many other people waiting just as long. Go anywhere else but Heaton Eye! They don’t care about there patients.

excellent service friendly staff.
Professional staff, doctors and clinic. They took the time to talk with me about my procedure and answered all my questions. Dr Heaton is my doctor and has been for years. I have always referred my family members and friends to Heaton Eye Associates.
Everyone is very polite and helpful. Service is great.
They always take wonderful care of me. Their customer service is the best!

Went in for measurements prior to surgery scheduled next month. Although the tests were tiring the staff made the experience pleasant and were very attentive and kind. I would highly recommend this practice.
