Slowest service ever. They double book so they take forever to get you in and out. I was here over 2 hours just for a yearly apt. Don’t come here. Over priced and they will take all day!
My first time at the Tyler facility and very enjoyable. All of the staff were great and Answered all my questions. Now I am ready to have my cataract surgery by Dr. Hardin. I live in Athens and their facility there is awesome as well, great staff. My husband Is a patient of Dr. Hardin as well. We highly recommend Heaton Eye Associates. I love their gold fish aquariums.
