I have been a patient of Dr. Cobean's for many years...Due to a sudden problem with my eye and his unavailability at the time I am now seeing Dr. Kincaid. Both these Drs. are efficient and thorough. They take the time to explain clearly the results of all testing . Staff is polite and friendly at all times...I will continue to be a patient for as long as they are there to service us...Thanks to all....
Terrific, very professional and friendly service! I went to Eye Associates for contact lenses, having never worn them before. Not certain what to expect, Dr. Kincaid and the team were extremely helpful, thorough and conscientious in describing each of the tests and steps necessary to fit me with contacts that suit my needs. Dr. Cobean is a great doctor. My entire family goes to see him. Eye Associates of North Bay has the best selection of frames! If you need a new optometrist, Dr. Mike Cobean is amazing! He is extremely patient, friendly, and a true expert. We are so happy to have found him! Also, his location is super convenient with lots of parking, and staff are truly helpful.
