Very friendly, the ladies were patient and understand with my son. I thought it would be a real stressful apt knowing my son just turned 4yrs old but they were understanding and very helpful. They take time to do what’s best for the kids, if they seen he was getting bored, they let him run and jump around for a bit till his focus came back to the task at hand.
