The staff is RUDE, UNKIND, AND ARE LIARS! I will never FORGET the disservice done to me and my family! I had cancer and had to reschedule several appointments for my daughter because of the effects of Chemo! This past Friday, I fainted and fell facedown in my bathroom! Close period! Rude uncaring people.
It took over a month for my glasses to get fixed because I’m guessing they never got sent out. And when I did get them back the transition lenses wasn’t even on them. The sun hurts my eyes to the point of headaches, and with my job I do a good bit of stuff outside. I also had my mother call because it seemed to me that they preferred to talk to her since they acted like I was a bother to them. I am not a patient of this company therefore I can’t speak on their optometry but if it’s as half as good as their staff, I recommend them highly. As a veteran, I get my glasses from the V.A. I recently bent them out of shape after accidentally sitting on them. I went by Eye Associates this morning because I’d heard good things about them. I explained to their staff my situation and they fixed my favorite frames right then and there. Thank you Eye Associates!
