RecommendedI have been using Eye Associates for the past 7 years and have always been happy with my service.
I had my first appointment today and I am very pleased with the staff, the doctor and their service! The office is very clean, neat, and organized. I am very glad I decided to make an appointment (which I requested conveniently via text message.) Dr. Ferguson took her time with my exam and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed or feel like an inconvenience as I have felt that way in the past at other practices. I definitely recommend Eye Associates of Cayce!

It’s been one month since THEY canceled my appointment with no real explanation on the day of. Said they would call back to reschedule. Never called but, Yet they want to charge us 25 dollars for a cancellation. Terrible services as usually, they don’t know what there doing. All I asked for was a replacement pair of glasses with no exam which I just had and they can’t do that. Go somewhere else ! Worst ever........
Do not recommend! No one will return calls or answer the phone. I will not be a returning patient.

I ordered a replacement pair of glasses March 2 twice they were incorrect. Today is May 7 and I am still waiting. Rather frustrating not being able to see close up. srrm
i have been waiting more than 4 wks for my glasses and contacts.. that i am still waiting for.. i have never in my 42 yrs ever waited so long for a pair of glasses... and all they can say is we will call you.. i am at the point i want a refund and go elsewhere. now they are closed till april 6th ... nice job guys will never use them again. i just want my money and prescription at this point... over 4 wks for glasses horrible
