They are horrible. It’s taken 5 months to get my glasses with nothing but horrible customer service. I’ve been hung up on, treated like crap & if you say anything they only have poor excuses. While sitting here to get my glasses after 5 weeks, they told this man on the phone e the same thing as they told me. Sounds like a broken record.
RecommendedHuge recommendation for this practice! Dr. Kleckley and the whole staff are knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I have had issues with my vision for years and Dr. Kleckley worked with me, addressed every concern, and found a contact lens solution that was perfect for me. I can see! What a blessing. Thank you!!

Horrible customer service. Was told 2 weeks for glasses and 6 weeks later they couldn't tell me where they were. Nothing but excuses and putting me off. Rude people every time i inquired about my order. TERRIBLE!!!
I have been a patient at Eye Associates of Cayce for a few years, and they were recommended to me by another satisfied patient- my Dad. The staff is great and Dr. Kleckley is amazing!!! I highly recommend Eye Associates of Cayce!
Not so far I would not !! Still waiting after 5 weeks to get my husbands glasses back .And the receptionist acting as if I were bothering her to look or check on the status of the glasses where abouts ..I'm am not impressed or happy at this point ..Bad thing is ,I heard others complaining as well ...Next year neither of us will return here !! The doctors need to tighten up this office or higher all new staff ..Ones that actually care about their patients who pay the Bill's...
