Really loved the hygienist I worked with she was super and great to see Dr. Iverson as always!
It might be helpful to say ahead of time how long a dental hygiene appointment might be. I realize some people need more attention due to their oral problems. This time my appointment was over in 1/2 hour. That was shorter than usual and included the dentist.I asked the hygienist about the timing and she indicated I had no problems. I wondered if there was a new policy about shortening appointments. But, then again, I can see it is an issue different for each patient. Just wanted to pass on my thoughts. Thanks.
I saw Maria Gomez, Dr. Scott and Cathy in X-ray. All offered excellent service and very professional. The front desk staff also was very efficient and helpful as well.

I really like Coy - I was apprehensive after 10 years of Tiffany, but Coy's wonderful. And I love the fact that she answered all my questions so straightforwardly.
Kelly Chavez is the best hygienist! I have been a client at the Palo Alto Dental Group for almost 40 years and have gone to many different people for cleaning. She is professional and personable.
Maria was very helpful, informative and professional as my hygienest.
My hygienist was excellent. She was thorough but not overly aggressive. She also has an excellent bed side manner.
This is the third time in a row that I have come early to a pre-scheduled appointment for a simple cleaning and have had to wait 25 to 35 minutes past the appointment time before being taken. This is completely and absolutely unacceptable.
