Pam and Dr. Bahl are exceptional. They have provided me and my family with outstanding dental care and customer service through the years. They are professional, very knowledgeable and experts in their roles, clearly communicate ways to improve our dental hygiene in a positive and supportive manner. They work well together as a team. Dr. Bahl was, as usual, an expert on immediately making you feel comfortable. Her spot on diagnostic skills and her ability to share relevant information regarding the condition at hand are much appreciated. First time cleaning session with Kathy was superior!
Everything went smoothly, even though I was a few minutes late. Stella, the hygienist, explained everything carefully. Dr. Keller was there promptly and recommended a preventive treatment, which was scheduled quickly. Everything went well, as usual.
I have been a PA Dental patient for over 40 years. I drive up from Las Vegas to continue seeing PA Dental. Some habits die hard! I had an appointment for hygiene only last Friday. When Dr Kono saw I had a chipped tooth he stayed late in order to fix it, even though I never scheduled for it and it was late Friday afternoon. Is that service, or what???
