Stella is terrific -- in the quality of her care, in her concern for the patient, and in her warm and friendly personality. Also: your question No. 4 is totally dishonest. How about putting in a 5-15 minute wait category? Doesn't that count? If a 5-15 minute wait seems unimportant to you, I guess it's OK for patients to be 5-15 minutes late as well.
My hygienist is the best!
