Purchased home in May 2022. Previous owner had whole flat roof replaced with this company in January 2021. While remodeling the bathroom a leak was found in the roof which had rotted wood supports underneath. Visited office and was informed by Naomi that warranties are “non-transferable”. She quickly proceeded to assume that the issue was caused by anything but poor workmanship.
