RecommendedThis shout out goes to the service department we have had a ongoing issue with our jeep liberty this was not an easy repair by any means it took tenacity to work thru all the possible issues and get the job done you stood behind your work and dident try to just upsell anything you did what it takes and got it done I rarely if ever trust anyone to fix anything for me I have 2 shops now that I can say have earned that trust and you are one of them
Absolute worst customer service jarred Smith didn’t stay in contact at all with me I had to contact him anytime I wanted to know anything. Sent over a car to see if I got approved but it wasn’t anything close to what I wanted and didn’t talk to me before he decided for me. Defiantly wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The customer service I receive from Pete in the parts department along with Jeff and Mike in Service is what has kept me a loyal customer for the last 10 years. These guys go out of their way to make sure I get honest top notch service every time. Having two teenage drivers and one who commutes to MSU makes it very important I have a service department I can trust and that my Jeeps are dependable and safe at all times. I've always used the service department and highly recommend it. I ordered a Jeep last month with Terry Hardcastle and had a great experience. She was wonderful, gave me updates, a loaner when I needed it and answered all my questions. I got my Jeep and it's beautiful!
