I have a expedition I got less then a year ago. 2 of my spark plugs went out and they said they cant fix it cuz they dont have the tool they need. So now I have to get it to ford in a week. Its undriveable yet I still have to pay?! Loved this place till all this happened. Literally lost for words I work everyday and have a 3 yr old little girl I cant even talk anywhere because it isn't driveable...

Been going here for a couple cars never had problems.Over the weekend went there and salesman told us he would get us into a different car. Today calls and is blame the bank saying they will not work with him due to the virus when I called them and they said they never said that. No reason you cant work with your customer when they are trying. Also was told a car was sold then today being told it never was sold
