Worst customer service I've ever encountered. Mark Trudell is the rudest, most unprofessional manager I've ever dealt with. He personally refused to fix a manufacturer's defect on my newly leased Dodge truck with only 5000 miles on it. He blamed the problem on me which is totally false. He told me to take it somewhere else. Really? This is not over. I will make sure everyone knows not to go to your dealership.
Jarred Smith was extremely helpful helping me buy my first Jeep. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond helping me get exactly what I wanted. I cannot express enough how thankful I am. I will continue to purchase vehicles at Extreme Dodge in the future.
