Terrible service! They closed the Lumberton location early. I arrived at the Lumberton location just before 1pm on Sunday. A young lady employee quickly came to my car and said they are not taking anymore cars today. They advertise being open for business until 4pm. I noticed a few cars they were cleaning under the carport however they did not seem very busy. Amazing customer service and the only place I will take my vehicles to be detailed. They clean the cars perfectly even if it takes them staying later than closing time to finish your car. 100% recommend this business!
I’ve tried this place 2 times. The first time I was not impressed. I figured I would give it a second chance. Still not impressed. All I mainly asked for was the seats to be shampooed. The front seat has something like a pen mark and the back is still dirty. My change was gone, but I don’t even care about that. It’s just not worth $100. I’ll throw this out there though. My husband had his truck done for less than $100 and it looked amazing?
