Brought a jeep in to get detailed, when picking up my vehicle I noticed it was not done right. dirt on the pillars, dirt in the floor even after paying for them to shampoo it. Owner was very rude about it and did not offer to make it right. wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Also have pictures to show the pillars and floors.

When they assessed my car to see how long it would take, the manager laughed at me. All I needed was a time estimate. Left immediately, customer service was awful.

Paid 70$ to have my car washed . It rained when they washed pd and tipped then asked hey you will make it right because of the rain . The lady laughed at me an said we don’t control the weather . Then said yes ma’am understand that’s what the tip was for to come back for a wipe down . No we don’t do that for the rain so I would not try and help this business out so much for local .
I have worked for Matt and Lydia for 3 years now, they are wonderful people. The staff is great, and the detail services are even better. I highly recommend everyone to come see what we are about!!!!
They are so fast and very nice, they take this to the heart. Not one spot was missed from the car. Matt didn’t let a spot go untouched! Come see him soon!
Hey if you are looking for a very caring detail company, this is it! Yesterday I needed an emergency detail and they helped me out. I had gotten tire sealant all over my seats still not sure how it happened! 🤦🏻♀️ But extreme detail hand wash got the tire sealant out of my seats and kept me updated all day long on the status of it coming out or not which it finally did after they took the time to go to the store especially for me to pick up a product to get it out.
