Got sandwiched between a car and truck today. Truck kept hitting my rear bumper pushing me into the car ahead. Happened several times during the wash. I think the rollers underneath were out of sync. Was trapped--nothing I could do. After inspection showed two 8 inch scratches with paint removed--rear has several scratched that a body shop could probably buff out, the front will have to be touched up professionally. The dryers blew my 9" FORD emblem off my Ford Flex I we.t in and talked to MIKE S. The manager and we went threw the security video of my entire wash showing it was on there when I went in and it was gone when I left than we focused on the whole was and seem it fly off. He said it went in the catch all tank under the dryers and they empty it every Thursday and he'd call me on Friday when he gets it and this was 2 weeks ago and I left messages and never get a answer i liked that carwash until this happened. Hello y'all, this is not a rating. I am just wondering if you would mind stating which car wash grade you purchased in your review. This would be extremely helpful as I was planning on trying this car wash tomorrow but after what i have read i am somewhat concerned & confused at best. Posts are all over the place. I do not want to risk having my suv in worse shape. Thank You in advance.
I have a black 13 year old car been babied since my paint was completely junk it washed perfectly and i recommend the 15 dollar wash for sure!!!
