Went to Extreme Clean Car Wash today. Paid $15 for the works. I go through the wash. Pull over to dry my car the rest of the way and noticed Scratches all over on the driver side of my vehicle. This is a Brand New Tahoe. I've only had it 2 weeks!!! BRAND NEW!!!!! I DO NOT recommend this place!!!!

Place tore off the front license plate of my car and then another car had hit us. Please don’t go here if you want your car to get messed up. Also tried to call the place to tell them and no answer
Worst car wash ever. On Christmas Eve their equipment malfunctioned and allowed the vehicle in front of me to pop the roller. They took initial blame until the cost was brought up. Now they have done nothing but avoid and are now claiming not their fault. Don’t go here unless you want a damaged vehicle without them fixing it.
So here is a public service announcement for anybody going to this place on State Street for a car wash. If their machine happens to damage your vehicle in any way if it's older than 10 years it's on you to deal with it they will do nothing. So my 28 year old truck that I just got painted 6 months ago got the trim ripped right off the passenger side in their machine it is currently dangling in the breeze and they could care less. Essentially my option is to fix it and shut up or sue them. Just so everybody knows.

RecommendedWe just came from Extreme Clean on Riverside and had lots I mean lots of bugs from a quick trip yesterday and the manager mentioned if the car did not get everything off there was a brush with bug cleaner and she gave us another free wash, and I am pretty sure it wasn’t the $3.00 one! Great customer experience and service! Thank you!
