Don’t go here if you care any about the appearance of your car. Deep gouges, dents and scratches in circular motions from their equipment on the hood of my car caused by their flawed wash. From the looks of it, it happens to many people here. Left multiple voicemails to see if I could watch the camera of my car entering and exiting the wash. Can’t talk to anybody on the phone. Only way to get their attention is to post a bad review on their page. Then they’ll ask if you can take it down until they resolve the problem. All af... read more
Can’t go there without somebody blasting inappropriate music with “f this and f that”. I’m done going here. I’ll buy my own vacuum and wash my car elsewhere
RecommendedThey have lots of free vacuums, that work pretty good. Car wash has fair pricing and does a good job.
Don’t go to these car washes! If something happens to your vehicle they will blow you off. Worst customer service.
Terrible customer service. I have pit marks on my tailgate because of their wash. Went and saw the manager and they stated I took the risk by going through the wash!!!! Do not go.
I was there for my first time and Dre Bowen’s helped me with everything & which package was best for me ! I will be back nice and friendly place/ environment.
Dre Bowens is amazing! If i had a business Id steal him right away! Hard work, dedication, integrity, and compassion for your customers is what he is all about! This man needs a raise! The things he puts up with are more than many can handle and he does it all with the utmost respect. Keep your good managers happy by showing them you care as much as they do!
So I went to the carwash for my first time and I was trying to figure what package to pick a very nice gentleman an a grey shirt came out and helped me. he explained all the packages and I ended up choosing the 15$ a buy one get free. Super nice and professional. I'll definitely be back
