I went to this car wash on Friday 13th of July with my brand new Mini Cooper 2010 that I had just got not even two weeks before. There was never a scratch on it before and never had any issues with it. The previous owner didn’t even drive it. I went through this car wash with a friend who I always hang out with. My daughter took her new car there yesterday. Deep scratches in the mirror covers and roof. She made a formal complaint and was told the owner would call her this morning. Nobody called!! Guess we'll let the insurance company go after them!

We were up in Rockford visiting people and my car hasn’t had a wash since winter. I asked around and was recommended to this car wash. I was able to vacuum my car and clean my floor mats, which turned out great. Now the big test......my car! I couldn’t decide which wash to pick so the manager came out to help. He was very pleasant and professional and picked the one for my car. I couldn’t believe how clean my car came out! It looked as good as if I did it myself. I would definitely recommend Extreme Car Wash to others.

I was doing a bit of traveling to Illinois to visit some friends and went through Rockford and noticed the Extreme Clean car wash. My vehicle was covered in insect innards and bird droppings so I decided to give this car wash a chance. First time here and I get stuck in line with my 1 and 2 year old. Difference between a good business and a bad one is a good business communicates reason for delays to their customers and gives an estimated time to fix. Will never return once I get through this line.
Its cheep to clean bring a rag and baby wet naps . the staff are nice . wished the vacuum worked much better .
