I had my car washed today at the South Holland Location and was highly upset. I paid for a premium wash and could've gotten the same results with the $3 wash. There were areas on my car that hadn't been touched, the front bumper; above, below and sides of license plates as well as the back of the car around the license plate. I complained to the manager, Paul, and he stated there was nothing he could do and that there are some areas that will be impossible to clean. #notasatisfiedcustomer #nevergoingback
I tried it for the first time yesterday, and I absolutely loved it! Don't know why it took me so long to try it out... Although I do think I'll try the vip lane next time because the wait can be a bit much!
Great Car Wash for the value. Free Vacuum is a nice feature. I really like Extreme clean Car Wash.
Great new carwash but I think it's ridiculous that the $15 wash doesn't come with the 5-day rain guarantee, only the $12 wash does. Just finding this out after I paid for the $15 wash, I'll never get the $15 wash again.
My favorite spot to get my new car wash, I've tried all the different wash I really like the $12 one with a 5 day guarantee.
