I use the dog wash for my dogs every 3 months. The water is always cold, i have to request they turn the warm water on. There is a decrease water pressure which would take u longer and more money to wash your dog. The blower blows cold air to dry your dog. I expressed my concerns to the manager and he said, there’s nothing wrong with it, it has always been like that”. I told him, no, if so i would have stop using the dog wash a long time ago. I have the VIP pass but the lane is consistently out of order. Not good Extreme Clean. At least Fuller's has consistency.
My guy went to the car wash in south hland and it cracked the windshield and they are horrible mangers. They not going to do anything about the crack in his windshield that they machine did to his Mercedes Benz.
I bring all of my vehicles through this car wash and over the 2 years I haven't had and issues.
