Typically my experience here is great but not today. The woman loading cars into the wash was packing them too tight and had me far too close to the car I front of me then suddenly the wash was broken. She told me to stop so I did. When I was finally asked to back up I did, but she then told her coworkers I kept going which was untrue. It clearly seemed she didn't care about her job until something bad happened. Very unprofessional. By the time I got into the car wash, I didn't even get the wash I'd paid for.
The carwashs are all the same no matter which one you pay for. The 12 dollar wash doesn't clean your car any better than the 3 dollar wash. I had my last visit there today. I will never go back there again.

I go to this car wash all the time.... my car stays clean and it's a bonus that during snowy weather you get a free return wash. The vacuums work great and there's always someone there to help if needed �
I paid 12 for a car wash and my car still dirty and I have scratches on the hood of my car
Good equipment, nice wash but slow Slow SLOW lines. JoAnne the Manager didn't care I waited in a short line for 20 minutes. Rude
