the month pass has when from unlimited pass to. two wash a day and as a customer. I'm not shoulder how much longer I'm going to be a month pass it not worth my time any more

EVERYTHING IS ALWAYS WORKING WELL AND IN ORDER WITH GOOD HELPFUL WORKERS.
Took my car to extreme clean and they had the cars so close and they had the machine turned up to wash harder. I noticed how hard the south cloth was hitting my car. When I got home I noticed that the chrome along with the window guard were gone. I called and they did have my part but said that they don’t recommend using them if you have an add-on. Terrible customer service, especially in the evening. Tim (Manager) rather you cancel your VIP then offer a solution. There were many cars blocking VIP access. I personally purchased the VIP for the time savings of the line, however if that line is blocked that defeats the purpose. As I go to give feedback and get a solution, Tim was rude, non empathetic and told me he had customers more important than me.

car cleanest of wash if fine, I purchased a monthly pass but was not told this is a recurring charge. Staff should state tis at purchase!
