RecommendedMade an appointment today during this virus crisis. Back door was open didn’t have to touch door handle. I always buy work shoes there so they had them pulled for me. In and out in no time at all . I always recommend extra mile especially if you have foot pain they know how to pick the perfect pair of shoes for your comfort. Haven’t shopped anywhere else for my work shoes in at least five years.
Heather has been just absolutely wonderful, especially during this difficult time our country is going through. She spoke to me on the phone about my interest of buying a Garmin watch for tracking my runs and the information she gave me was beyond educational and informative. Heather is a very caring and compassionate owner. She wants everyone to enjoy running. While we lived in IN she hosted running groups out of her store. My two boys would come with me and she always took time to speak with them and encourage them at these runs along with races she would see them at. Great customer service! I was able to call them up, they had my previous shoe on file. Heather sent me a picture to choose my shoe color and took payment over the phone. When I got there my shoes and receipt were hanging back the door. Perfect! I am back running on clouds again, all while practicing social distancing to get my new shoes.
My husband and I visited to be fitted for running shoes, and it was a very positive and informative experience. Heather was very knowledgeable and very nice. Highly recommend, especially if you're new to running like us! 😊
Great store with an excellent selection of shoes and running gear. The staff is excellent! Our kids love the running camp during the summer. It helped my son realize how much he enjoys running. We love the service so much we make the drive for running shoes even though we live in South Lake County! Won't go anywhere else!
