I've been a patron of the store since you opened and I always leave happy. Alena helped me today. She was knowledgeable and just a ray of sunshine! Keep up the great customer service; your store is awesome!
All of my kids are in cross country and track and field. We're a family who loves to run. We wouldn't go anywhere else for shoes. We are over 20 pairs of shoes purchased from from extra mile and will continue. They'll make sure the fit is right for you and if it happens not to be you can take them back and try again:) highly recommend!
I was a bit intimidated to go into a running store when I didn't even consider myself a runner - I was just starting out looking for my first pair of running shoes. They were so helpful from the moment I walked in, ensuring that I left with the right pair of shoes, and taking the time to explain everything as we went along. I love that The Extra Mile has hosted so many events for the community this year, either free or low cost, and they have programs for youth as well. We were in the store tonight to get our son fitted for his first pair of running schools and the staff was very helpful. Wish I would've gotten the name of the lady helping us tonight because she was very knowledgeable. We highly recommend Extra Mile!
My sister recommended that I try Extra Mile. I have been fitted for atheltic shoes before but never with gait/stride video analysis. It was amazing to see/feel the difference of the shoes on the treadmill. Had I not jogged on the treadmill, I would have selected the shoe that walking around felt great, but wasn't viable once I started to jog. Really disappointed in this year's 1 mile challenge. Calling these basic tees "vintage" is a joke. Also, when I signed up it offered me women's fitted sizes. When I picked up my packet I was handed a baggy men's large. Deliver what you promise!
