I stopped in to get fitted and never received any help. 2 people working but they couldn't get away from the register or the phone. I was in there for at least 20 minutes looking around.

Sometimes our employees get caught up in a conversation in regards to footwear and/or training which takes our atttention away from recognizing other customers in the store. Nice getting out and taking run/walks with friends and not worry about getting ran over by the crazies. The themes are a great touch.
Great/friendly staff, willing to truly help and not so concerned with the "sale".

This store and their staff make a difference in the running community. They organize races, provide free events, encourage first time runners that it's about moving and not always about the time. I have been a loyal customer since the beginning and will always remain loyal to them!

The service was unbelievable, my feet are a mess, how important 2 have high quality shoes on everyday. They really take their time 2 help you.
